Ads Requiring Design

If you have a layout in mind, please submit a sketch, sample, or see page 24 in our 2007 Deadline Book to request a specific layout selection. To download the book, click on the link on the bottom right column or download the specific page.

Ad copy may be submitted via e-mail (either in the body of the e-mail or attached Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, Simple Text or Notepad document. You may also save it on to a 3.5" disk, CD or 100 MB Zip disk. Faxing a typed or legibly handwritten document is fine as well (reminder, images faxed are not acceptable for use). Specify if you want us to use the exact text you submit, otherwise, we may abbreviate if needed when designing your ad. Please avoid using all caps if possible.

Artwork or photos must also be submitted. We accept digital images as .TIF, .BMP, .JPG, .GIF, or .EPS files. With .EPS files, "create outlines" for all included text within the graphic itself. Please make sure that photos are as follows: Cover Photos: 300 dpi, 4-color ad photos: 200 dpi, black & white ad photos: 72 dpi, preferably 150 dpi. Digital images can be submitted via e-mail, on 3.5" disk, CD or 100 MB Zip disk. We can also scan your high quality hard copy artwork or photos.

Proofs will be e-mailed or faxed based on the client's request.

We reserve the right to reject any material deemed inappropriate or not to our quality standards.
