Prices, Terms and Conditions:

• One-time set-up fee of $225 due at signing
  
• 12 issue contract for full-color, single page ad (minimum) in Homebuyer's Journal® at $185 per page, per issue.
• No monthly hosting fee or listing change fees for one-year or as long as print contract is in effect provided credit terms and other terms of print contract are met.
• Credit Terms for Homebuyer's Journal® print advertisement - Payment In Full prior to next issue's press date - maximum 28 days.
• Failure to meet terms of Homebuyer's Journal® print agreement may result in interruption of Mobile Agent Web Site service. Reactivation fee may apply.
